Deposits, Cancellations, and refunds.

Deposits:  A $250 per chartered day deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits can be made via Zelle, Check/Money Order, or can be paid in Cash. Remaining balances will be paid in full the day of your charter. Cash payments are preferred but the balances can also be paid via Zelle, or Check/Money order.

Weather: Your safety is a top priority to Capt. Michael Verniolle and it is only the captain that decides if the charter needs to be canceled because the voyage is seen as unsafe due to the weather conditions. The weather in South Florida can be very volatile, but the captain has many options for his clients so that they can get the most out of their visits.

Cancellations: Clients who cancel a charter 14 days prior to their scheduled charter date will have their deposit refunded or applied to a future date for that year if a future date is available. Any charter canceled less than 14 days in advance of their scheduled charter will not qualify for a refund.
